"Overall the easiest and simplest option I found for selling my laptop. Of all the places I checked they offered the most as well which definitely helped sway me. 10/10 would definitely use again."
"Requested a quote and was provide a quick shipment label. Shipping the product via UPS with tracking and constant notifications of the process along the way. Payment was received earlier than the 48 hour timeframe promised so that was a great benefit!"
"After sending in my laptop, they gave me half of what they quoted for the smallest issues. Really not worth it at all. After paying for a box, and shipping packing, I received less than a QUARTER of what my laptop was worth. This is not a business worth working with, as once you ship off your item, you are going to get a lot less than what they told you they are going to give you for it. Ebay, LetGo, getcashforlaptop.com or cashyourlaptop.com are way better services to use. "
"Gadget salvation is a great company to work with. Quoted immediately, helpful customer service, and fast payments!"
"Very convenient and simple way to sell electronics!! I just didn’t use my Canon camera or Apple Watch that much anymore and thought I may as well get some money off of them instead of sitting and collecting dust! Just find your item, accept the estimate, and print your shipping label and drop it off!"
"Customer service helped from beginning to end, got exactly what my quote said and the process was very quick!"
"These people are a scam and try to rip you off. I sent them my laptop which was purchased a month ago BRAND NEW and I erased the entire software and all the passwords. The value amount showed $598 but when I paid $16 in packaging to ship it to them they sent me an email saying it was worth $0 and claimed that there was a password on it and it wasn’t brand new. Not only that but they only communicate with you through text message or chat which they never responded to. So I texted them and they were extremely unprofessional and tried to argue with me. If I don’t get my device back from them, there will be legal action! "
"Thanks legit company abc always pays "
"Offered the best price for my laptop. Response was very timely. Payment for the item was as they said it was valued and they transferred the funds immediately. Excellent service and company."
"Fantastic Experience - High Buy-Back Value, Quick Turnaround, and Multiple Payout Options. "
"They gave a quote for my old laptop up front, sent the shipping label, and paid me via PayPal quickly. It's so easy to sell to this company!"
"Amazingly easy steps and I got my money in two days after they received the product"
"They were prompt with their payment, honest about the value and quick turnaround time!"
"A super handy way to get rid of old computers you don't need anymore. Makes me feel less bad about throwing something out and I make a little money too! Online estimates aren't entirely accurate though. "
"The only flaw my comp had was a missing little rubber at bottom and the track pad’s paint was a little worn (not disgusting looking just a little) but still regardless of the cosmetic flaws. They wanted to give me 86$! For a 8gb ram 500gb memory and 6th gen i7 (2in1) dell Inspiron 13 7000 series. The payout should have been at least 120$. But they said after running test they found it “crashes constantly” and “when exposed to a white background they can see pressure dots on the screen”. This drove me crazy. My laptop before I sent it could run Diablo 3 the video game ez on good settings. I could open 20 tabs in windows browser at a time with no problem. And I could run my c++ and python programs with no lag. Before I sent it I factory reset my laptop and check the computers diagnostics system and everything checked out. So when after arguing with them over email(they don’t have a phone. I mean why talk on the phone with the people your screwing over right) they finally just opted to send my laptop back. After receiving it everything was just as I sent it so I’ll give them that they took care of it. But right after I posted it back up for sale and sold it for 200$ dollars. So the moral of the story when somethings are to good to be true they usually are. I understand you have a business to run but don’t lie to customers by devaluing there products just to make a quick return on investment. Shame on you guys. "
