However, I received an email on November 7th that you received my check and the bank confirmed you cashed my check. Today is November 28th and I have not received my coins nor an email stating that my coins have shipped. I have sent two emails asking about shipping but have not had a response. I will never order from Gainesville Coins LLC again nor recommend anyone else to do so. Frankly I should have stayed with who I trusted."

"I made an order on or around 11/9/2022. As of today, 03/14/2023, I have no coins, no refund and no feeling from the company that I am a priority whose situation should be quickly rectified. This is my second purchase with them. The first, made earlier in 2022, went very smoothly. However, this time as soon as they cashed my check the runaround began. When I made the purchase their website stated shipping in about two weeks after the check cleared. Cool. I was expecting late November/early December at the latest. By mid-December, I notify them I don't have any coins and ask for an update on the shipping. The very dimwitted-sounding receptionist tells me shipping is 4-6 weeks out and speaks to me as if this was the stated policy all along. By early January, I still have no coins and the same person says they're just now shipping them. By LATE January 2023 NO COINS!! I'm calling and she says they were shipped on 1/9. She says I need to follow up with USPS because there's nothing she can do. WTF??? After three weeks dealing with USPS, it is determined they received the package but can't locate it. I now go back to Gainesville Coins and demand management get involved. Someone named Ivette initially reps herself as management but later backs off that stance and says she thought her bosses had already helped me. Long story short, multiple unanswered phone calls with wait times as long as 20+ minutes as well as multiple ignored emails asking for an update and I'm finally able to speak to Ivette again today. She assured me my order is slated to be re-shipped later this week with a different transport company. We'll see. I won't hold my breath. If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Non-existent customer service. Apathetic and sluggish response to problems. Duffess receptionist. And, I just read today the owners may have been involved with a bankruptcy under a different business name. Too much shade for me. NEVER again!"

"STAY AWAY! I have purchased upwards of $90,000 worth of precious metals from this dealer when they failed to give me the correct wiring information in order to PAY them for my most current order. Having just contacted them on the phone, I wired the money to their old account and it, of course, failed. Mind you, these people do not take personal or cashier checks and they charge a draconian amount if it's put on your credit card.
I am already out $40 worth of fees due to their negligence and they still won't make this right. Additionally, they place 5% of the transaction on your credit card until they receive payment which means I have to contest that charge on my statement because this business is not getting one dime more from me.
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. Geez. They told me that they had to "verify with their IT department" as to whether or not the automated email giving the instructions failed. Their response was sending the email out to me HOURS after I placed the order and attempted to wire the money.
BOTTOM LINE: There are plenty of other commodity dealers out there that are willing to do the right thing by their clientele. Unfortunately, Gainesville Coins is definitely not one of them."
