It cost me $30 more to get the gauges out and have it tuned. Even the top was dirty. I would never recommend buying anything from here!"

Price changed from when I ordered and when the order was accepted. I was given a coupon code for 5% that came up for about 2.5%, didn't use it and told to call later to find out whay. When I called back, people didn't know what I was talking about and I couldn't even get the 2.5% to work when I tried placing my order again. Long waits on chat.

"I ordered a pair of used skis and boots for my daughter. The skis were about in the condition represented by the photo on the product page. There are many scuffs and marks on the ski topsheet, bindings, and boots. The base of the skis looked to be in good condition. Everything appeared to be in good functional condition. My daughter had no trouble with any of the equipment and I expect this setup to last her though next season. Note that if you add additional services, shipping will be delayed and the tracking number you get will not have any information for several days. They were reasonably responsive (~1 day) when I e-mailed to ask that the shipment and tracking number be verified. The one improvement they could make would be to ship in a smaller box and provide some minimal padding (surrounded by newspaper for example). As it was, the skis and boots were in a box about twice as long as the skis and I'm sure they moved around quite a bit as the box traveled cross country. Based on this purchase, I anticipate buying from them again in the future as my daughter grows and needs larger skis and boots. "
