"They knowingly shipped the wrong snow board and offered a $50.00 refund even though the one shipped wasn't even the same type as the one ordered. What use would it be?
They offered a refund and stated they'd send a shipping label. The label never arrived and when I called again they said they didn't send it because I'm in Canada. They knew that when I originally talked to them about the return AND they never called or e-mailed to say they weren't sending one.
I now must pay for the return shipping; eat the brokerage fees I paid and HOPE they refund my money."
