"We received the skis in a timely fashion, they were in good shape, and the bindings could be worked on by a local ski technician (this was something that I was worried about but that the Galactic team promised would not be a problem - and it wasn't!). The customer service representatives were very helpful and answered all of my questions. We haven't used the skis yet - NM needs some snow - hopefully in the next few weeks!"

"Good process. I bought skis, boots, a helmut, goggles, and socks (as well as the tune up and release check). The gear arrived as advertised - I've gone skiing on the gear twice and can say that it is the quality of skis/boots for the price was really excellent. The skis are a bit cosmetically worked over, but they ski just fine and they were a heck of a deal!
there was one minor glitch in that a pair of socks arrived in e wrong size - however, I got on their chat help and they had the right size sent out to me the next day. Super friendly on the chat - didn't give me any hassles. "
"I recieved what I ordered but the packaging of my two sets of skis was disappointing. They were put into a large box and had no additional wrapping. The skis hit and bounced on each other all the way to New Mexico from the seller. I know that I paid for used skis but now they are damaged more than the photos on line showed. Very dissappointed. "The products were fine. Just what I'd hoped. However, I ordered on Dec 21, paid for 3 day shipping and when I tracked the shipment it was to be delivered on Dec. 28. I received a shrug from Galactic, that's just the way UPS delivers. Since we had a ski trip on Dec 26, the delay was unacceptable. I will be wary of ordering from them again."
