"I ordered cake stands from Galasource. My card was charged and over a week later I get an email saying the items weren't available and should not be on the website. Prior to ordering them I had called the sales team twice and was told both times that my call would be returned. Never got a callback. Obviously customer service is not a priority if it's only a small sale. I am a wedding cake baker and typically my orders are not several thousand dollars at a time. I had ordered these same stands a couple of years ago and figured should be no problem. Guess I was wrong. I will find another dealer"
"Some of the Walco pastry servers I ordered had dust motes and fish-eyes in the finish. However, they were still usable. One pastry server had a huge nick in it--unusable. I had sent a nasty gram to Walco, they never responded. I spoke with Eli at GalaSource and he immediately took care of the problem--sending a replacement item. Even though Walco seems to be having a quality control problem, GalaSource is not! Thank you!"

"We ordered a 5 gallon punch bowl from Galasource, but when we received it, it was only 3 gallons. Galasource acknowledged that the punch bowl they listed as 5 gallons was only three. They said we could return it and they would send us a return authorization. We talked to several different people over several weeks, each one saying they would get us a return authorization. They were all friendly, but we never got a return authorization. We eventually gave up and kept the punch bowl, which cost us at least $100 more than similar 3 gallon punch bowls out there."
