"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

1. Their service is atrocious. I stayed on hold for around 30 minutes one time and it told me I was caller #1 the entire time. Their sales team is also extremely rude.

2. This company sells grey market items, or import items. I ordered a Nikon camera and they called me telling me I ordered an import model. I then agreed to buy the US model, which was around $60 more. THEY STILL SENT ME THE IMPORT MODEL, and the box was opened. After calling them back, I asked for the US Model of my camera and they told me that they did not have the US model in stock. Yeah, massive inventory they have. Everything that they market, ie their great customer support, massive inventory, etc, are the exact opposite.

3. If you look at all of the reviews on this site, this company self rates itself. All of the reviews are unrealistically written and are all fake profiles. This, including the last 2 reviews under me, are REAL people.

Please, although the price is tempting, please buy elsewhere! This company is out to get you and only wants to make sales on grey market and open boxed items. Don't go through the same thing I have gone through."

"DO NOT BUY!! They sell reconditioned, used, and open box goods as new and without warranty cards. Then they refuse to allow the goods to be returned. At a minimum, you will have to pay return shipping or accept a used good for the price of a new good and without a warranty. They will claim that the warranty is online but that is not true. All electronics have paper warranties. "

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a Nikon D7100 through these folks, simply because it was the best price that came up on google.

Two hours after order, got a call from them saying I had bought an import model, and asking if I wanted the US model so that I would get the proper warranty and accessories etc. Okay, I said. Let's do that.

The total went up by $200 by the time this was done, and they tacked on a $49 delivery charge.

Leery of gray imports (see here: http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/gray-market.htm), I checked the camera when fed ex showed up eight days later, after waiting at home ALL DAY since they had shipped signature required.

What was in the box was marked 'EP' - would have been 'U' for US model. NOT ONLY THAT - but they shipped be a camera/lens kit from which the lens had been REMOVED so the camera had been bouncing around LOOSE IN THE BOX for eight days. Manuals were also missing.

I refused delivery. DO NOT BUY. THERE IS NO DEAL TO BE FOUND HERE."
