"This was, hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a framed print for my mom for Christmas. The order process was easy, the options plentiful, and it arrived on time as a high-quality print, but, unfortunately, the glass in the frame was broken. When I called Gallery Direct the following Monday (first business day after the holiday), I was immediately connected to a real customer service representative (Amy). Amy was wonderful and friendly and expedited a replacement order the same day. The entire process took less than five minutes, and she followed up with a personal e-mail letting us know the status of the order. Couldn't be happier! Thanks, Amy!"
