"I"ve used Gallery Collection previously and had a good experience, this time around was a big disappointment.
They advertise 3-5 business days, and 5-7 for custom/logo cards, I ordered 550 cards 10 (Business days ago), and paid over $100 in shipping for NEXT DAY AIR. Well after speaking with customer reps, they assured me it would ship on time but failed to mention that (Next Day Air) is only on business days, I had a very tight timeline, not their fault but they could or should have informed me that even if shipping was next day it would not arrive on weekends......The frustrating part is the lack or refusal to really try or even attempt to do anything..... operationally they might be a good option, but customer service and product, or service knowledge are very poor I don't recommend The Gallery Collection and they will lose our business for future years to come.... if you have a tight timeline or a lot of cards to produce I would recommend using a local company that will actually provide customer support."
