"I was placing my order on my iPad and once I got to the selection of what I wanted in the card I could not get beyond the first few boxes. I could see there were more to the right but I could not get there, and then I could not get out without backtracking. I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to navigate this area of making selections for the interior of the card. At the bottom I could cancel, and assumed the procedure was to the right but I couldn’t get there, even turning my iPad sideways didn’t help. If I hadn’t been ordering your cards for many years I would have given up and gone somewhere else."
