"Made a large purchase with Galls earlier this month and they said my card declined. I called my bank and everything was good from their end. Galls then said they needed authorization from my bank or my order would be canceled. Already annoyed by this point, I did not want to go through with the transaction and called my bank and they did NOT grant authorization and reversed the charge.
Well, Galls shipped my order out anyway even though they didn’t charge me or get authorization from my bank. Now I have to waste my time and wait for FedEx to come pick up the order that I did not want or even pay for. They even threatened to charge me if I did not return the items (that they mistakenly shipped to me)

"This company has always had the worst shipping. After a few years of not using them, I thought I’d give them a 2nd chance, wow was I wrong. I ordered a pair of boots and received a shipping notice of over 21 days. I called the next day to cancel the order and the horrible customer service said they would “try” to process it, but the boots were coming from an outside supplier. After a few days I complained and demanded a refund when they responded and said they could not cancel due to the item being “packaged for shipment”, which has to be a lie. The ship date is still 17 days away, it’s not packaged already, they just know they **** and didn’t wanna give back the money. I’m stuck waiting for it now, but at least I now have time to write reviews on every site I can find!"
"I placed an order on 12/17/2020. The FedEx delivery date has changed 4 times, each change after the previous delivery date passed. I called FedEx, who told me it is lost, and Galls had to file on it. I told them, numerous times, and they refuse to contact FedEx. Very unprofessional and completely useless customer service!! One star is way too much for this company!"
"Yes Galls.com controls this. I have been on the phone for 3 days about 3 different packages that pitney bowes has in NJ and 1 in MD.. Pitney Bowes shipping tells me to call galls. Well when i do the CSR says yeah wait a couple more days then call back
Over one thousand dollar order out in NJ and MD for 7 plus days and only took one day to get from KY to NJ overnight. Very sad last time i will use this company to outfit my personal . Been using galls all my life since inwas 16 i know my first light came from them shirts everything. Order 1,000$ worth of boots for my department and been almost a month to get them VERY SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. "A friend of mine recommended this store to me and i check there website and i realize that they have good quality uniforms ,i live far away i drove 45 minutes to get there ,due to the COVID -19 i was fully protected with gloves and my face mask but my surprise was that i get there no one who work there was protected,there was a client the only one using gloves and a face mask but the staff that work there did not they do not respect each other or there clients for social distancing the touch all the products with their hands without any protection there were two girls and two men and only one of them had a mask but the wore it on his neck he did no even have it in the right place, a few minutes after being there an older man came out of an office who because the way he was talking to the staff should be the boss but he was no protected either giving the the example of non protection.I think that in this store they do not have the slightest respect and they act as if nothing was happening,honestly i panicked and left without buying anything,however the little i saw they have very good merchandise,maybe i will comeback when all this goes a way"
"Ordered 2 pair of tactical uniform pants. When I received them, I wasn't completely pleased with how they fit when worn. Tried to get a hold of Galls to send back, and it seemed like they didn't even read the email I sent them and just send an automated response no different than what could be found on their website. Return was an absolute pain in the a**. They don't offer free returns for not being satisfied with the products their selling. So, for my purchase, the cost of returning is almost half of what I paid for the product. An absolute joke of a company. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!"

"Made my order and it was marked that it was in stock and would ship within 24 hours of purchase. 5 days later it has changed tracking numbers between Fedex and USPS and is still marked as awaiting shipment. I've tried to reach customer service which is a joke and is no real help at all. They just say that it is still being processed with no real reason on why it hasn't shipped, My advice is to order from some where else and save yourself the time and headache."
"I bought a firefighter helmet light which came in a cardboard box with no protective packing, only to receive a second box the same day with bubble wrap and a sticker. So, while the over $100 light was being jostled around in the cardboard box they shipped it in, have no fear, the helmet sticker was greatly protected. Then, I ordered duty pants at the end of November only to receive an email that stated they would be shipped on the 6th, of December, then the 30th, then the 15 of January, then, I received an email that stated they were "out of stock and no back order available." These were bought as a Christmas gift and had I known up front they were not available, I could have gone out and bought them in time for Christmas, but instead, I relied on their false hopes of still getting them shipped only to be left empty handed......
