When I received shipping notification I was told my order was being shipped via USPS. Since I don't receive mail service to my home I have a PO Box, but since I was told the items were coming to UPS I didn't include the PO Box number and when I found out the items were coming through the post office I had to go there and make sure the order was put in my box and not sent back."

Thge ONLY thing I found discouraging about ordering on your site was that the ADVERTISED FREE SHIPPING OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT. I ASSUMED there would be no charges. When I called to question the charge on my credit card, I was advised that it is the customers responsibility to inquire about the free shipping and that once I received the items, I should call for those free shipping charges to be credited to my card. I don't know why Galls does this but it gives the appearance of a less than honest solicitation.
It arrived very quickly and the packaging is tough so merchandize wasn't damaged.
I will call monday to ask how to return the pants. Thank you!
