"I am still waiting on items that have been back ordered. Galls said 7 to 10 days on back order and its been 3 weeks. No one can give a straight answer. Secondly I bought tackite gear from 5.11 didn't get the free items either. I have been using another service LA police gear after same incident several years ago. I thought I would give it a try because galls had items in stock upon ordering LA was on back order for 1 item I wanted. I thought after a few years you would get it straight but u can't. So galls has my money and I am still waiting for my stuff and no one can wants to tell you that your being screwed or wants to listen. Thank goodness they spent the money for a third party member to actually make you feel like Galls gave a crap. My order was not for thousands of dollars so I know you don't care or it gets any priority but if you can't handle a couple hundred dollar order why let you screw up thousands. "
