"I am not quite sure who to blame. My order was shipped in two packages. I sent them to my mother's apartmetn because I knew she would be home. I am told that the first package was left at the office and received late because the wrong apartment number was on the address. My email receipt clearly shows that I provided the correct address. The second package has still not been delivered and UPS stated that no one lived at the address. I speak to my mother at least once a week and I assure you she has not moved.
