"I placed an order for custom alterations to EMT pants as well as a few other items. I was told that the custom alterations would take about a week to have done, so I was shocked when 2 days later the pants were delivered, exactly as ordered.

One of the other items I ordered was an EMT holster set that contained a disposable flashlight. Unfortunately when it arrived the flashlight was dead. Instead of replacing the flashlight, they replaced the whole EMT holster set. Outstanding.

I waited for over two months till they told me they were not able to provide it and cancelled my order. I then ordered from Galls and recieved it within a week. I ordered boots on Aug. 23 with no indication it would be anything but normal shipping except 'Shipped from manufacturer, expedited delivery not available, cannot ship to PO Box' was in the item description. I contacted Galls on Sept. 13 and was told they'd ship by Oct. 5. About a week after their promised date passes, I contact customer service. I've been told they'd ship on Sept. 13 and Nov. 29. On Dec. 6, a Galls rep. told me they were shipping 'today', but while I was on the phone I got a phone message from another rep. I had contacted two days prior saying I should get them sometime early next year. The only good thing I can say is they haven't charged my credit card yet and I did get my promo knife."
