"I ordered the wrong size in boots. I called back the next day to have the order cancelled and reorder the correct size. There was a Black Friday special of 15% off and free shipping. The lady said that it would take a day for my money to be put back into my account, but she said they could still do the Black Friday Special. So that Saturday I called back and placed the new order, but they said that they could not do the Black Friday Special. So when I spoke with a supervisor, he gave me 20% off and free shipping. I called the next Tuesday to track my order and they told me it was still processing from the manufacturer. By Friday, I was wondering where it was so I called once again and they told me my card was declined. Nobody had notified me in any form of this. So when I spoke with a supervisor, she was very rude and would only make the shipping bump up to next day shipping. I was very angry with her and the company at this point. So I called back the next Wednesday, still not having received any packaging, and they said that the manufacturer just sent it out that day and it would be three days before I received it. When I spoke with a supervisor again, they said they couldn't do anything and was very sarcastic with me. I will NEVER EVER deal with Galls again!!! I have never had such horrible service in my life."
