"I have ordered from GameBaz several times over the last year. Mostly their shopping@japan service. Anyways, The typical routine would be me providing a link, payment, and shipping methods. GameBaz would then get back to me in about 24 hours and send me a paypal bill if I wanted to go through with the order. After I paid I would usually get an email from gamebaz in 2 to 3 days saying they recieved the item (from amazon.co.jp) and they shipped it to me. From japan their shipping is rather fast and I'd always get my item within 1 week of their email.. So the entire process was about 1.5 weeks from when I first contacted them to when I'd have the product in-hand. I have done this service with several movies and music CDs that were impossible for me to find here in the US on ebay and whatnot. I placed an order on 11-02-2010 for the PSX HEWIA PARLOR PRO FUJIKO SPECIAL could not find it on Ebay no wheres so I did some searching around using google and BINGO found it on GAMEBAZ.COM I recived my order today on the 11-15-2010 and no problems, But I did worry my head off about it I payed for registered airmail shipping and got just that. So to let you all know it may take a little while for your item to reach the USA or Maybe CANADA or where ever you live. " My first order came fast so i expected the same with the second order and The second order shipped fast but do to a slowdown in us postal service shipping it took along time to get my order which gamebaz told me about in a email after I contacted them. I recomend them for ordering but be prepared to wait along time if you use airmail because the slow postal service in the us. my package was ordered on July 15 shipped on July 20 just received it today august 6, the shipping by postal service in the us is very poor do to a slowdown caused by the financial crisis. The service from gamebaz is great, I wish they had fed ex or ups but I will probably buy from again. air mail has gotten slower over the years try to use fed ex or ups if you can or be prepared to wait a long time for your package. "I ordered two items from GameBaz - one through the site itself, and one through their Shopping@Japan service.

The quality of service is far beyond 99% of online retailers (especially in terms of communication), shipping was fast enough, and the Shopping@Japan service is comparable to similar services in terms of price, but much less painful (you don't have to sign up for an account and make a deposit in advance; you just send them the webpage you wish to order from, and they inform you of all fees).

If I have one complaint, it is that their prices seem to be all over the map. You can find deals, certainly, but some items cost way more than the standard market price. I think this is a function of their prices being strongly influenced by their own supply.

In any case, I highly recommend GameBaz; I came away completely satisfied and will order from them again in the future."

"I have ordered a few times from GameBaz without any problems. Sometimes they are slow to respond to a message (a problem with their spam filter?) but other times they respond very quickly and they seem to provide a round-the-clock, 7 days a week service. So far they have replied to every message I have sent. Their prices for new retro games are OK but the used ones are sometimes too high. The only thing I am not so happy about is all the out-of-stock items still listed on their site because it causes me to lose time when searching.

I use Gamebaz mainly for it's Shopping@Japan service which is excellent if you want to buy something from an online store in Japan. If you collect retro games (or any other Japanese stuff) then I recommend you try this service because there are many things that are almost impossible to get outside Japan, even on eBay, but GameBaz will get them for you.

The packaging is always good - nothing has ever been damaged - and the shipping is fast."

"Ordered twice previously and no problems. This time $75 order (LED flashlights), paid with shipping insurance (paypal) and after 3+ weeks order status said paid, shipping in process. Sending an email, got no response after a week. Went online to find order cancelled!? Sent another email asking why...no response. Found on paypal a refund with a note saying lost in mail. Sent an email asking if I could reorder....no response. On their website now some items are now more expensive...THIS HAS BEEN A HASSLE, BUT THEY DID REFUND.
