"This was my first purchase with Direct2Drive. It was late in the evening when I was making a pre-order purchase and could not make the purchase go through. There was a problem with my phone number not being allowed to validate the transaction. I had to submit a question to the Helpdesk about why I could not purchase a pre-order product and the next morning I quickly discovered via a helpdesk email (within 12 hours) that they randomly put a security holds on some accounts to avoid any fraud. "Shipping time from return to arrival is 7-10 calendar days. Granted I got two months for dirt cheap, so I'll meet them in the middle with my stars. But with that long of shipping time that means on my 2 at a time plan we can rent four games with a week of play time each per month, being without games for about the same amount of time as having games.
