"Hi all - I decided to mention my experience with gamegizmo.com because of the type of reviews I saw here prior to my purchace.

Despite seeing nearly all bad reviews I decided to order with them anyway, mainly because of the fact that, for the most part, the only people that bother commenting are the ones with bad experiances.

Here's my experience:

I called them twice with questions about the product I was interested in, and both times they fully answered all of my questions.

I ordered to chips with overnight delivery and recieved them both the next day, installed them, and everything worked great.

From this company I had great customer service and recieved a great product - don't hesitate to make a purchace with them.

"the worst online company ı have ever ordered. 3 weeks passed but ı did not recive my order and tracking number. ı called them, fax them ,send e-mail them no one answered whats going on they charged my credit card but never send my order and never reply to me. ( they are allways saying we will look to your order and e-mail to you- that e-mail newer comes )

"the worst online company i never visit, order a gameboy memory and ask for overnight delivery, they charge my credit card on the same day and two weeks later i give them a call because the item never show up, they reply me to send them credit card info to comfirm the order, what the hack"

"Despite a bad rep here I ordered a Magic 3 chip from them. I received an email immediatly confirming my order, as well as one that indicated my package had shipped. I was able to track it all the way to my house without issue. I found out that a couple of days after my order had been placed they dropped the price of the chip by 20$, I called em up and they said thewy would credit my account for that amount. Great service, great site, great info!"

"Was considering ordering a dvd-rw drive from these people, thank god I didn't! I've ordered twice from them and had two bad experiences, should have learned the first time.

First transaction I ordered a board from them and it was doa, both electricaly and it had physical signs of damage from VERY poor shipping methods. Arrived on time though, and for a decent price. They insist that returns be sent via priority mail to speed up the process yet they are so cheap and carless when it comes to customer service that they spent almost nothing on return shipping. Took over THREE weeks.

Second transaction I ordered some chips from them with overnight shipping through their website. When they didn't show the next day I called to find that they didnt offer overnight shipping on many of their products although they are more than willing to tell you that they do and charge you for it, which is exactly what they did. I finally got it resolved but the customer service was terrible and took multiple calls. Also I was never given an order number and it's rather difficult to get anyone to take you seriously without one.

Made the mistake of dealing with them twice and never will again. Hope no one else does either.

(btw- transaction date is a rough estimate, dont know where original paperwork is)
