"I had found reviews of this site on a couple different places, and they labeled the site as "More games than any other company; great availability; quick shipping". I'd like to say that I agree with them on the first part, but all others are false in my experience with them.

I signed up at the end of January and within the first week and a half that I was a member I only received one of the 10 games that I had in my quene. I waited a few more days and still no more shipped games. I checked my GL Quene and they all said "Short Wait". I contacted their customer service and they said that most orders will ship out even while they are on "Short Wait". Well, as I'm typing here it has been another week and still no more shipped games. It's quite annoying. I was using them primarily for Xbox 360 games, so that could be my problem, but I feel that they should definitely bulk up on their stock if they want to compete with the other companies out there.

Second on the list is shipping time. It took 4 days for my only game shipped to get to me. That is a little excessive, and if it takes half that long to get back to them, then that's a full week turnaround time, which is unacceptable. Other competing companies take half that amount.

I will say that I was impressed with their website, and their fairly quick response to email, but the emails were not all that helpful, so I guess that makes it a moot point.

I'm dissatisfied with their service and I will not continue to be a member.
