"Let me tell you something about these guys... First of all, I order sunday, I get confirmation of both credit card and shipping on Monday (Memorial Day). I ordered overnight. Due to a problem with airborne express (which doesn't exist.. hence.. the problem.) my package was somewhat lost.

Now, given how excited I am about this. I worry... I email my concerns to gameshop. I get a response, in which case they track down my shipment, find the problem, and get it resolved with overnight 10:30am for no additional charge. I know a company doesn't have to do this. I know mod chip distributors can be hit or miss. But these guys are on the ball.

I installed my Xecuter 2.3b + LITE yesterday and the most trouble I had was figuring out different dashboards (and being really nervous around d0). Quality product, quality company. If your looking for modchips, here is the place to go. Forget that they aren't listed on teamxecuter, because the service is way better than those that are on there.

"I placed an order for an Xecuter2 modchip, and paid for it to be shipped overnight as it was urgent.

The item was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. This angered me as I paid a lot extra for overnight shipping, and it was shipped to the completely wrong address, about 300-400 miles from the shipping address.

To further my frustration when I emailed them about it, they said that it did in fact go to the shipping address, it did not. The delivery notes clearly say the address where it was delivered to, and it was processed at a city less than a mile from my billing address, then of course there is the fact that it actually went to my billing address. After I replied saying it did not I never recieved a response.

Stay very far away from these guys!"
