"Don't do it. Very poor service."

"GamebyGame excluded part of the product I ordered and would not correct their error:

I ordered a CycloDS flash card which is supposed to come in a special metal case, and chose the 'Go Green' which states "paper and plastic from the packaging material" will be reduced.

I ended up receiving only the card and SD reader and not the metal case, which was clearly listed as part of the product description (card, SD reader, metal case), and GamebyGame refuses to ship me the metal case at their expense.

They say the information was clear on their web site, when it was clearly not. The METAL case is not "paper and plastic from the packaging material".

When I said I would be contacting my credit card company to stop payment, they edited all the relevant pages on their site to pretend they had displayed the correct information all along.

I would avoid this seller - I expect they deal with any transaction problems with rude service and in a dishonest manner."

"Ordered an AceKard on Friday, got it on Tuesday. I think it arrived Monday, and it just took awhile to worm its way through the work mail system here.

Then I discovered that it was the wrong AceKard! I went back and looked and I ordered the 2.1 from under "Nintendo DS" rather than the 2i from under "Nintendo DSi". Grrr. Totally my fault, I guess I'll gift this card to someone else.

Would order from them again -- good prices and both free and fast shipping.

"They shipped the same day I ordered it. 4 Days later, I finally got it. Kinda bothers me how slow they shipped it to me. I think it's USPS and not the seller. Gamebygame is located in LA and I live in the same state. I thought I would get it in 2 days, but it took 4 days!

I might consider using them again.

"I was a little wary of ordering from GamebyGame since they changed their name- and some companies do this to run away from negative reviews. However, GamebyGame's affiliation with a forum I trust and the fact that they only got positive reviews in terms of service and customer support under their old name, dealwoot, led me to make a purchase with this company.

Fortunately, GamebyGame is not one of those dubious companies. The order was shipped, for free, and it was shipped fast. I was amazed to see my package in only four days as I live on the opposite side of the country where their company is based. I got everything exactly as I ordered it, in fine working condition. I will be happy to continue doing business with GamebyGame.com.
