"So I have been buying codes for games and discount coupons from them since around November. The codes have almost always worked well for me. At first, I was able to use 20% off discount codes for PSN with ease, but one day, one of my codes was denied. The Playstation store told me that the code had already been used/expired, which confused me because I had just bought that code. I then bought a second one and got the same result. I then sent Game Deal Daily an e-mail and they told me that I could only use one 20% off code per system. This confused me, since I had used multiple codes before and they worked. I thought that they had sold me an invalid code.
After I had written a dissatisfied review about this, I got a response from them through another e-mail (not sure if it was the same person), where they had explained that Sony changed their policy regarding these discount codes. It wasn't Game Deal Daily's fault that my codes didn't work. They mention this in the description of the codes now, so it's possible that I missed reading this after they added it because I already knew about the codes and didn't feel the need to read the description every time. Either way, receiving further clarification about this was all I needed. They even sent me a download code for The Sly Cooper Collection for PS3, even though there was really no need for this. Long story short, if you ever encounter a problem or just have a question, ask them to explain it well. I might not be able to use 20% off codes anymore, but I'm still looking forward to buying other things from them, such as game download codes."
