"Purchased 2 of the Star Wars codes for myself and a friend around Christmas and although my codes worked fine, my friend was having issues. Both tweeted and emailed the company and was replied via email with a response that indicated they clearly didn't read my initial email. After they realized their mistake, they sent a code that was nearly identical to the one I was having issues with, but a one character difference-- clearly they initially manually copied down a code and made a typo. Happens to everyone, but here was no answer for the error and no apology for wasting my time having to contact them because of THEIR mistake. My friend missed an opportunity for a great deal on a game because of their error with a discount code. Kind of embarrassing to gift someone a code that just doesn't work, too. Don't think I'll be using these guys again. At the very least they did rectify their mistake, though with no remorse."
