At the end of the day, the new code worked just fine and I have my game, but your customer service could really use a boost with a little email formating for this ocassions. Not that I was expecting an apology or something, but a simple general format for this cases could go a long way instead of just getting a new code pasted in an email with nothing else, which is what I received."
