"I ordered off him through Amazon.com, and got some $2.79 arctic thermal paste
First of all, I ordered it on the 26th and got it on the 28th. from nevada to ohio, that's pretty impressive.
Pricing was the lowest, and it came in the condition as described in solid packaging. A bit unprofessional, as seen by the ziploc bag, but I don't mind that at all.
Great experience, will buy from again"
"Ordered a video card and it was cancelled. Reason given was that it was "sku not updating." To be honest, I didn't think that meant it wasn't in stock since it was showing in stock. Rather, I thought something was wrong and order again. I did try to call and confirm, but they never returned my call. Then just when I was going to order, it was taken off the site. So I assumed it wasn't going to happen. A day or two later and viola! the card was back on the site! So I ordered again and it was cancelled. This time, I was given the sku reason again, but I honestly wasn't sure what this meant. I ordered again but then got an email describing that it wasn't in stock and they were having inventory problems. So I immediately sent back an email apologizing for the constant reordering. A couple hours later, here is the rude response, "We still are having issues with this item. We have made that clear. Please do not order this product again." So before they had a look for another email from me, they decide to be "short" with me. Rediculous that I have to be emailed by any company for its own failures.
Maybe if no snags occur your shopping experience from this very low-budget seller will go smoothly. However, to me they have proved that they simply don't care about customers when something goes awry. Act like professionals and you'll be treated like professionals. Act like it's my privilege to buy form you, and all of a sudden I won't buy from you. No matter how low your prices.
NOTE: I have noticed that they have now taken their whole site offline. Possibly to fix the problem. That's the right solution. The wrong solution is to send emails like they did."
"First review of any online shop I have bought from in the last 10 years on the net. I buy extensively on the net and have known about this site but never really bothered to leave any feedback. I have to in this case.
I am a huge bargain shopper and always on the lookout for a deal. It's always a fine balance between getting a good deal and getting ripped off. There are the obvious things I won't go in to that should be common sense.
I did a Froogle search and gamegiants.net came up as the cheapest (product price and shipping). I was somewhat skeptical about the site because of the look. ** I have no problem with someone running a home business as long as they do what is required. **
Anyways, I ordered with google checkout on March 20th (3pm), the order went out March 20th, I received the item March 23. First class shipping from Las Vegas to northern Minnesota.
Google checkout with buy.com is terribly slow but it wasn't the case with Gamegiants.net.
Do yourself a favor and order from them and help him grow. "
"Don't be put off by the shabby web site, i was worried at first, but i called the support number and the guy on the phone (Brad i think) was really friendly. It feels like a guy selling out of his house (hell i was invoice #26) but i got my merchandise and it was much cheaper than other sites."
