"Ordered a game from this store and used a coupon offer code for free shipping as well. Smooth transaction, the product was delivered on time, brand new (as described), and well packaged. I would say however that coupon management on their site needs to be handled better (I couldn't enter a coupon code for shipping until I chose a shipping method, which I couldn't do until after the coupon area. Thus, you have to go through the process of getting to the shipping info and then hitting back and doing the process all over again; but it did work in the end.)
