"This is a somewhat premature review, but just on the basis of the excellent customer service I got. My early review was warranted. I placed an order late last night for two items. But somehow, after some thought, I realize...like a dummy, that I wanted to change my order. It was to simply change the color of the item.

I went ahead and contacted Game Repair Parts via email, and early this morning, I had gotten a quick response saying that it wouldn't be a problem. And that it was carried through. Awesome.

A good sign that this is a reliable merchant, is that on their contact page, they have an actual phone number; which in itself is a rare thing to see! A contact email was also listed, along with their mailing address.

I value websites where I'll place an online order. And if all goes great..not just good. I'll order from them again. Game Repair Parts will definitely get my business again since I have a few more things I want to get. Also please note that this merchant is U.S. based. Alot of aftermarket gaming items are sold and shipped from Hong Kong. Sure the prices are good, but I really don't want to wait 2 weeks for an item, when I can wait a few days from something sold and shipped here in the U.S. And being truthfully biased, I'd much rather buy from within the good ole' USA than from another country. Call me patriotic? Most likely so-"
