"This company's customer service is amazing. I first planned to order the Swap Magic 3.6 disk from their site, but afterwards I decided to buy a flip top as well as Breaker Pro; the person who emailed me back was very helpful, and even allowed me to make this special order, even though the latter two products were not explicitly listed on their site. Immediately after I had placed the order on their site, I recieved a reciept detailing my purchase, as well as a personal confirmation email from the representative I had talked with. After about a week, I received another email stating the potential delivery time, and by monday, yet another email with postal tracking information. By the monday of the week after, I had recieved my product.

Although it may seem shipping was slow, it was understandable due to my special order. Customer service was always prompt in their reply (usually on the same day) and very easy to work with. Will definitely order from them again should the need arise."
