It's a scam people bott and customer service won't take action tried to talk but say one thing don't do nothing about it

"They are scammers lying and thevies I'm a security guard and I won't allow this in stores why is it OK to let people cheat on ashpaly I say who ever read this get rid of asphalt nine asap its a scam to many boats and people cheat to much I won't even give a rating the lie to much u have that game get rid of it and pass this on "

poor customer service.

" Lots of in app purchases for the games - fine until you find the tokens you pay for vanish overnight in an update. Tries to contact customer support- good luck!
Long reply times and rude staff, repeatedly denying that they had been as error with a series of nonsense reasons. never got my money or tokens back. Deleted app will not use any of their games again.

Purchase not delivered ... Terrible customer service

"I made an in-app purchase, which is supposed to be instant, through my phone but it was not delivered. I contacted GameLoft customer (****@****) twice until they got back to me 5 days later. They forced the items, which I did not have any use for anymore, into my account and refused to refund my money. Worst customer care ever ... glitch loft."

"I purchased a game directly from game loft for my PM-8200 phone. They listed the game as being a phone that was supported for the game and so was my service provider, Sprint. I couldn't download the game because I didn't have the PM-8200 phone that was I was using to get the game. I sent them an email immediately with no answer. The beginning of next week, I sent another. And two days later I sent another. They say email support is 24/7 and expect a response in 2-3 days. I paid $3.99 for a game I'll never get from a company I'll never trust again."
