When I installed them I tried logging onto battle.net and got an error stating the cd keys I used are restricted and I can't use them on Battle.net. I emailed them several times and was totally ignored.

"Fairly good place to deal with, but could use a tiny bit of work to get a really good rating.
All the items were delivered as stated, but not within the 3 hour timeframe quoted on their website. A timeframe of around 12 hours is way more reasonable to expect.
Their online help is honestly a joke... I logged in at 4pm and didn't recieve a reply until 11 pm. When I did, their staff member was curtious, helpful and did exactly what was required. So A+ for service, D for quickness.
All in All, with the prices listed and the general ease of use, I'd definitely order from them again!
**UPDATE***
My second order from them was a terrible experience. Some of the items were OOS, which delayed part of the order. The in-stock items were delivered, which was nice, and those that were not, were to be delivered later.
Now, I no-longer required some of the items as the long delay allowed me an opportunity to find them elsewhere, so I asked for a refund.
I waited on their chat (8 hours...), I sent them *3* emails, I even tried emailing another email address, all to no-response.
IN SHORT: DON'T EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE. EVER."
"Bought from gamer88 and after waiting for it and never reciving it i emailed them. Next day checked mail and no reply so after 4 days and never reciving the product or and replies thru email ( i even tried the live chat and waited for 90 minutes before i quit that and no answer there either). I finally had to dispute this thru my credit card company. This is the worst place i have ever dealt with for 3 reasons.
1. no recipt of order
2. no replies to email
3. no answer on live chat with more than 1 try.
I advise others to stay away from this rip off place.
Follow up: got a refund thru my credit card company within days of sending in the paper work."
