Hours after, i received a mail saying that the order was cancelled/refunded.
4 days after, no refund received. I contacted Paypal that mentionned that no refund was issued. A Paypal dispute is ongoing.

I received an immediate reply (within minutes). I assumed it was an auto-reply, but it was a really person with questions about the installation. The next day, I responded with the requested details and again, an immediate response with a new code. Not just great prices, but excellent after-sale service!"
