I got a receipt and a confirmation of the purchase 30 min after paying. But then I had to go, when I came back home, I checked my emails. The support was fast, they contacted me about 20 min after I wrote the ticket, so that's a plus, but I wasn't home for about 4 hours. Further up, I see. 6 hours after doing the purchase i have a email saying "your key is ready for you to download". In the end I got the key and told the support that everything is okay, but the wait time was a bit annoying. Overall 3.5-4 stars."
