Nowhere are these instructions displayed on there mails, nor do they have clear indications in there sales conditions, it seems that these are also non existing.
Then they said to use phone activation and it doesn't work.
Bad support, for a license key that costs 8€.

However the replacement code was emailed out to me within 5 minutes of me sending error info across to support. Saved over £100.
