"Since I bought two separate Office 2021 Professional Pro licences in January and they have been working fine since on two laptops, now that I needed one for my desktop, I had no doubts. I received invoice and link immediately. Downloaded the programme but had some issues activating it. The customer service was incredibly quick, helpful, and patient. The problem was that some bits of am olde Microsoft programme were left in my computer and, apparently, interfered. Once they were removed completely through a specific programme, the activation was a breeze, and I expect to have no issues form now on.

"I got a Windows 11 Pro key, this was to be used inside a virtual machine for development purposes.
After Windows 11 Pro was installed I tried to activate windows and the key failed.
I contacted support and honestly within 5 minutes I had a reply asking me to check if it was actually Windows 11 Pro that got installed. To my dismay it was Windows 11 Home, no wonder the key did not work.
After wiping the VM and re-installing Windows, carefully checking every box and drop-down to ensure correct version got installed.
Once installed I went to activate Windows and success.
So all in all a very positive experience with Gamers-Outlet, both product and support."
