Salut mon ami,
Le code de licence est lié à votre appareil/client, vous devez donc désactiver Malwarebytes avant le formatage, sinon vous perdrez la licence. Si vous formatez votre PC, changez de matériel, ou réinstallez l'application sans désactiver Malwarebytes, vous ne pourrez pas le réactiver (voir l'image ci-dessous)

Accédez à Paramètres > Compte > Désactiver la licence."
