"We followed the instructions for activating the software, but it had some issues. I sent support ticket into the company, fully expecting a response in 1-2 days. Instead, 3-5 minutes later, a response pops up with further steps to take. We exchanged 5-6 emails, with response times ranging from 1-5 minutes, and ultimately a new code was issued and worked like a champ on the first try.

I had concerns about using them prior to this, but their customer service is top notch!"

"Bought a new licence for a new laptop. (Having used them many times before).
Downloaded the ISO as per instructions and ran installer. It happily installed, but when it opened Office tried to pick up an existing (Office) licence from one of my other machines. Note on a new machine, you need to log in typically with a Microsoft Account.
From this, there was no apparant way to enter the product/licence key....

Tried on the office setup site to enter key to see if this works. Says liceence is invalid, token not found, invalid characters in licence.

Logged a support ticket with all of this, thinking, grr pain.

Got a reply within 2 minutes asking for order number (to confirm I'm real) and then repeating how to install it.

Pinged back I had already done this and could not enter key. Team said to then to open Office. Switch licence. And then use another account. Ok, not obvious. This option allows a product key to be entered!! Really Microsoft? Not very clear or at all obvious.

Entered this, and boom. Liked it and activated.

All sorted with help from the team in 5 minutes. VERY impressed by the almost realtime turn around - and this is after UK hours!
