I've bought Office 2019 licenses before through Gamers-Outlet, but this was the first time I used Bitcoin as a payment option. The payment itself went fine, after 15 minutes it was confirmed. Received the confirmation email and the order is marked as complete. But there's no key attached to the order confirmation email and also no key in the downloads section.
I've replied to the order email for support and contacted support through there website. They say they give 24/7 support, but haven't heard back from them :(
Hopefully this gets fixed or it will be the last time.

"I received a license code and office accept this in de main screen, but the activation with phone doesnt work at al. i`ve tried several times and also with the online option. after contacting gamers-outlet they send me a new code, but has the same problem.

"I ordered Civilization 6 Platinum Edition - which was in stock, I checked - Sunday morning and paid through PayPal. Most stored send you your Game Key via E-Mail within a few minutes after the transaction took place. After placing my order I checked my E-Mails for said Mail, or at least some kind of conformation of purchase. The only one I recieved was the confiration of Payment from PayPal. And sure enough, when I checked my account balance the money was gone. On my order history it only said 'Pending Verification'. Then I thought maybe they have a lot of traffic right now or they don't ship on sundays, even though that seems odd for a digital only store, and waited a day.
On Monday I opened their website, clicked on 'order history' and saw that my order still was 'Pending Verification'. And no E-Mail had arrived from them. Then I opened a support ticket telling them, that my order is not processing and if they do not show any signs of life soon I want a refund.
It is now Tuesday evening and I still have recieved nothing. No confirmation, no answer from support and my order is still 'pending verification'. I have had enough and if there is no resonse from them by friday I will try to get my money back through PayPal.
I do not recommend buying from them with cryptocurrency as they seem very keen on responding or giving refunds."
