When you ask then they throw you to 2Checkout.com that are they platform for e-commerce. This other guys don't help you, and paypal says they don't take care about the quality of the items, just about the delivery!

I ordered the game "Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass" back in December as a Christmas present for my brother-in-law. I chose games-advance.com because the price was a bit cheaper than other websites I looked at. BAD CHOICE!
The game was listed as being "new". When I received the game, it was a generic (blank) Nintendo DS cartridge that had a mini-SD memory card plugged into it. The company tried to cover this with a poorly printed game cartridge label. It had fake written all over it!
The game case itself was also fake - just a plain black generic case. They attempted to make it look real, but did a terrible job with the label. It was off-center, the quality of the printing was horrible (very pixelated), and had been printed on plain computer paper and cut with scissors (poorly) to fit into the plasic sleeve.
The only reason I didn't return it immediately was that the game worked... sort of. My brother-in-law was very confused when he turned it on and the menu was in a DIFFERENT LANGUAGE - some unknown asian language. Also, there were already saved game profiles on the card. DEFINITELY USED!
I feel cheated by games-advance.com. They are LYING by listing knock-off games as "new" - no wonder they can sell for cheaper than other websites! DO NOT BUY FROM GAMES-ADVANCE.COM."
"Hoo, boy. Where do I start? Let's see; it took more than a month for my package to arrive, and when i got it, what a surprise! The game was in a fake case (the pictures where printed out), and the game itself was an emulator. A fake. My ds picked up the name as a Swedish children's game. Sure, it works fine. But whoever sold this fake to me couldve been a little smarter. I admire that they put a small amount of effort into making it appear legitimate, but the game card has an sd card in it. Now i can program it to whatever game i want! Thanks! "
"Ordered 2 DS Games, Guaranteed brand new, 100% satisfaction, this customer was not happy or not satisfied. How this transaction went down. It takes 7-14 days for the product to get to my doorstep. Yes i understand shipping can take its time, although it didn’t get to my doorstep until day 14. Second i received two games that were not anything as described as "New" On the outside of the package i understood that it was from china. Who cares right? Games are probably made in china anyways. Opening the package i noticed that cases for both of the games were copied. Alright i understand that these games are new.. but keep going with worst case scenario here.. MAYBE they have just tons of copies of the games and not enough cases.. or shipping reasons. Who cares.. Although putting the game into the system. You notice its completely bootlegged. Not to mention one of my games was considered Assassins creed when opening the game it was Pokémon. Completely annoyed i spent money on "Cr@P" i emailed the company to inform that they sent me poor quality goods.
They contacted me back within.. 8 or 9 hours saying this happens sometimes although they'll be sure to send me the right games as soon as possible. Or they'll refund me. Knowing i wanted the games, i sent the games back to TIALAND... Lovely right? 6 dollars in shipping later. Guaranteed shipping between 4-14 days. I hear about a month later that they "Just received" the product. After about 4-5 emails telling them to look for it. Completely dissatisfied, Completely annoyed. Hopping they'll be sending me my games never the less and reimburse me in my shipping for their inconvenience. They tell me I’ll be receiving a refund of the games. Not the shipping and to have a great day. For one i never said i wanted to refund the games, second i wanted the games.. JUST NEW like advertised. Third this whole thing took almost 2 months. I ordered the games on 12/04/2011. Today is 1/24/2012. I'll be posting these reviews anywhere possible.

There was no instruction booklet; also the game had a sticker with a note "do not open 09-2011" at the back of the game covering where the plastic is chipped. It appears to be refurbished, maybe a factory reject. I'm assuming that it plays fine, I gave it to a family friend as a gift. There was nothing on the description when I ordered it about it being refurbished/used/damaged, though the price was $10-15 lower than anyplace else ($20+$6.45 shipping; compare to $35 at Target)."

"Bad place to buy games, they send me a fake that wasn't even the game I ordered, just the case and star wars game inside with a sticker of pokemon. Order came from China and charged us for international fees also!!! I have ordered a DS game from them on December 4, 2011. They shipped out the game after 1 1/2 week, received it before xmas, but it was just the case and the inside game was something with star wars instead of pokemon. My nephew couldn't wait to play on Christmas, and you should have seen his face how dissapointed he was. Next day we went and bought the real game. Worst place to get games!!!"
"Unfortunately, I was not happy with my purchase of the Worms 2 Open Warfare DS game from games-advance.com. The game was listed as New and I assumed it was an original, but it was not. When I put it in the DS, the game stated it was a Star Wars game (not what I ordered) and then there was a menu that I had to go through and most of it not being english. This was to be a Christmas gift for my son, but I gave up on it and will continue to look for an original. What a waste of $20-30. Games-Advance appears to be in the USA, however this game was shipped from Thailand.
I also received conflicting emails about when it was shipped when I inquired about it. Sure, maybe buying non original games is a way to get games no longer released, however the prices are too high for what it is, and they should be up front about what they are selling. "
