"Unfortunately I did not dig deep enough to discover the truth about GamesaGalore before they scammed me of $100 plus they still have my XBox 360. Don't be fooled by their secure check-out! I too have talked to "Mindy" who was "having medical problems" but assured me my system was being shipped the following Monday. Now I cannot get anyone to answer any of my emails or phone calls. UNBELIEVABLE!"

"Don't send anything to Gamesagalore (GAG)! My order number was 17218 up until they deleted it. Same as everybody else didn't hear from them until multiple complaints then I got a phone call from a woman (claimed to be wife of owner) who said they were in the hospital with a sick child and my xbox will ship out by the end of the week...never did. sent a complaint to the BBB in July 2010. On 8/21/2010 I got a "click n ship notification" that said my xbox has shipped, however the post office said the label number indicates it was only printed and nothing was ever shipped. complaint sent to the US postal service. Don't loose heart people, Today (3/29/2011) I just got off the phone with a United States Postal Inspector that is investigating this company. I saved every contact and forwarded him all my info. Mail Fraud is grounds for a negative review I think!! Hopefully you are smarter than I was and are checking them out BEFORE you send them anything. Don't Do It.
