"My experience at Gameyeeeah is okay. I ordered on 2/15/08 and a few days later, the thing I ordered was sold out. They told me they could send me an alternative instead and I got a tracking no. for it. It shipped and arrived in FIVE days and then I had to sign it. That is FAST considering it was HK Post. When I received it, something was missing. So I emailed them and they gave me a tracking no. for it. Overall, the Pricing is good, Shipping is good, but it took a very long time to get what I wanted."

I've paid them the full amount of my order and yet they claim that they did not receive my payment. I've even furnished a copy of my sales receipt to prove to them that I bought from their store and still they claimed that they did not receive my payment. It is only when I contacted paypal that they presumably confirmed my order -10 days after I paid. After all of the stress that they have caused me, they tell me that they are out of stock of the item!!! The least that they could have done for an already unsatisfied customer such as myself was to reserve at least one item for me the minute I furnished my copy of my receipt. But they did not. Even more frustrating is that after all of the time (now spanning 3 weeks) and stress I've accumulated, they simply do a refund. What happened to all of the time and work on my part?! They ended it just like that as if my time was regainable. YOU CANNOT PUT TIME BACK. Additionally, my credit card has already been charged an interest because of this transaction. Even if they refunded my payment, the interest is still their which I have to pay."

I suggest using DHL or TNT shipping on your order, as it is easy to track your package on every step of it's journey. "Horrible service so far.

I placed my order for an R4DS on February 5th, the day before the chinese new year. They were closed from the 6th to the 12th, but that was fine with me, a week wasn't a big deal. I paid $20 dollars for DHL service, so I expected my order to ship sometime around the 13th or 14th...I was wrong.

First, my order status changed to arrange shipping, which I though was a good sign. But then it continued to say that for nearly 12 DAYS. I contacted Gameyeeeah, and they told me that they were out of the R4DS for the time being, and would get more later in the week. I decided to change my order to a Supercard SD with Superkey, figuring that since they had those in stock they could ship it right away...and I was wrong again.

First off, the Supercard was 6 dollars cheaper than the R4DS, so they told me they couldn't refund my 6 dollars. I said that was fine, I just wanted my order shipped quickly. Guess what? Today, almost a week later, my order has still not been shipped. It has been 25 DAYS SINCE I FIRST PLACED MY ORDER. Almost a month, and still no sign of it being shipped. I just sent them an email and threatened to cancel my order unless it is shipped within the next two days.

Overall, their service is very frustrating and not organized whatsoever. I have a friend who placed an order with them two days after me, didn't pay for express shipping, yet his arrived in the mail last week.

I do not recommend them at all, they are very unorganized and take forever to ship.

UPDATE: They finally shipped my order on 3/3/08, 27 days after I ordered it. But alas, they can't do anything right. For the past month, I've emailed them numerous times that I've changed my shipping address. I counted 5 instances in which I emailed them my new address. They assured me that they changed it, and said don't worry about it.

I typed my tracking number into the dhl site, and lo and behold, they shipped it to the wrong address, even though they specifically told me that they sent it to my new one. Then they said that they couldn't give me a refund because I "recieved my order safely". How did I receive it safely if it hasn't even left Hong Kong yet? And isn't even going to the right address? Get your act together, gameyeeeah. I'm never buying from you again."

"I am more that pleased with the ordering from this company, I have placed 2 orders so far, the first for 10 r4 cards, then another order for 5 more. Both orders where received within the 7 days specified.

I will be placing another order today for another 6 cards and do not forsee any problems occuring. I have used both TNT and DHL for delivery and both have been excellent."
