"The controller I ordered looks AWESOME.The rapid fire is great love the location of button.The only problem I have came across is kicking the football in Madden 13 and Ncaa football 13.When you pull down on the right thumstick to start the meter it will start,But when you push straight up to stop the meter to control the power and make a straight kick it DOES NOT RESPOND.All other games work excellent.I'm very pleased with my controller and GamingModz.

"JUNK! The customized XBOX 360 controller last 90 days and now the mods don't work. Sent two emails with no replies. They said they had problems with this mod chip and for us to pay to send it in. Then we would have to pay and additional $20 to get a new mod chip. Don't use Gamingmodz!
UPDATE! So, Gamingmodz replied to my negative review and provided me with an email to help with the issue. I sent an email to Alex 5 days ago and still have not received a response. Like I mentioned before, customer service is horrible. Also, good luck to all the new customers that received their new controller. It will only last for about 90 days. My son's friend recommended Gamingmodz and his controller stopped working after 60 days!
FINAL UPDATE: The CEO of GamingModz replied to my e-mail and took control of the situation. He was able to replace (new one in 2 days) the controller free of charge. From what I get from the CEO, they are trying to improve their customer service. I updated the survey to reflex the current situation."

"I bought a 10 mode PS3 controller for close to $200 from this site. When i received it and tried it, I noticed the controller not working up to par. I first tried this on Modern Warefare 3 (MW3), so i thought since the game is new, it's not compatible, so i tried it on Modern Warfare 2 (MW2), same results, and one feature actually stopped working (Quick scope), and I noticed after charging my PS3 controller for 3 hours, it needed charging again because it was totally dead after 2 days of no use. Here comes the bad part. I call tech support, and support comes online, i describe the problem, and they tell me i need to change the mode to Mode 1 for quickscope (which is for MW3), Mode 2 quickscope is for MW2, but the instructions has nothing that say there are multiple modes for quickscope, only rapid fire. But the instructions say that Mode 1 rapid fire is for Black Ops, and Mode 2 rapid fire is for MW2, so i find some inconsistencies, so i decided to go online for a web chat with another tech support rep. Just as bad, maybe even worse, in the 1/2 hour i've been on with online web chat, tech has responded 6 times, i've sent 27 messages. It's like they're not paying attention to you, they have 20 online tech web support windows open and you're just one of the windows they're responding to. Not all of my questions are being answered. I finally decide to send my controller back to them for repair. If i decide to get a refund, i'd be losing out on $40 (almost 1/4 of what i paid) (20% restocking fee). I wish there was another good reputable Controller mod where I can buy a good controller from. I hope the repaired controller will work as advertised. oh and another thing, the burst fire mod works, but could work better if the FAL in MW2 could fire a little faster using the controller. Standard warranty comes with a 60 day. 7 day refund policy. You pay for the return, even if controller is faulty. Which i'm not happy about either.

ok, so i realized i forgot that i left my triggers on the controller when i sent it in, so i called them to let them know. The controller is now supposedly "repaired" and back in my hands, but triggers were not returned and quickscope is still not working, rapid fire for mw3 isn't functionally 100%, but only 90% of the time and so they offered to refund me the cost of the triggers and the removal of the quickscope feature. ($34.99) Battery life of controller still no good, dropshot works well, other than that, this controller sucks. I'd buy a controller somewhere else. What made choose this company was because they had a nice website and the controller was $180, so i thought it had to be the best, but no, it's far from it. also found out that you can get it cheaper on ebay (sold by gamingmodz.com also), so if you must waste your money, waste it at ebay. I'm still out to find the perfect quickscope/rapid fire controller that works well with mw3 just to have some fun."
