It's not all perfect but they were very professional in solving problems and some of the items I bought are now among my favorites. I do recommend ordering one size up in the bikinis, sizing is small, I actually order two sizes up because of my cup size. The quality-price relation is unbeatable though, specially if you take advantage of clearance sales. I totally recommend!"

"Ordered a jacket for Christmas present 10/09/2017, payment was acknowledged but more communications until my email inquiry 10 days later. I was told item was back ordered. I did not receive jacket until 12/19/2017. In between that time, they would reply with canned email to my inquiries. The jacket has a distinct noxious odor to it that renders it unwearable. There's even a warning tag on the jacket that instructs to "air-out" the jacket before use. My return request was never answered & i had to take it up with Paypal.

Followup:
So, my contact with Gamiss was finally acknowledged & a full refund was issued to my Paypal account. In retrospect, it's obvious that the seller is not unethical but most likely overwhelmed with orders. Their paradigm in handling orders that do not follow the usual fulfillment course still leave a lot to be desired. A customer should never have to pay & wait nearly 2 months with no idea whether the merchandise will arrive. Compounding the anxiety is the fact that customer service adopts a "it's not my problem" attitude once the merchandise is shipped. I suspect the 5-star reviews are buyers who have the fortune of ordering items that are in stock, and fulfilling those orders were routine & uneventful.

For being an honest company, I'd upgrade my review to 3 stars."

I started seeing ads for a hooded black coat that was at around $21, and I didn't buy on impulse, but I would keep seeing the ad and the coat kept "calling" me, so I placed an order.
