The part arrived at their shop and they shipped directly without calling. As a result I waited an extra 4 days to receive part. When I called to ask where the part was the rep was very rude!!! She said she would find out where the part was and find out when it would arrive at my house and she would call me directly back...never heard from her. Thanks!"
