"I too ordered from this company, after several weeks my order did not arrive, i begain comunication with Rich by email, he gave me the run around for another couple weeks, i contacted the att general and was ready to turn over the bank information i had collected about this company (where th deposit the checks). After telling Rich what I planed to do, he finnaly sent me a refund in US Postal Money Order form. I was shocked when i got it. Keep contacting him if you have ordered and didnt get order, also contact the att general office and inform him that you have done so. GOOD LUCK"

I ordered two torsion springs on Dec. 20. They took money the same day I ordered, and never been shipped. They never sent email nor replied after order conformation which looks automatic response. Nobody answered phone, and went to answering machine."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order and they charged my card the same day. I received the order confirmation. Sent an e-mail requesting a tracking number, no responce. After numerous e-mails and phone messages to this company for over 1-1/2 months, there has been no responce. I have never received my order, e-mails get an automated responce, and phone calls get a message that the box is full. I am now dealing with the bank and filling a fraud complaint against this company. "
