"Got sent the wrong lift in the beginning and immediately called and sent pictures to them to verify after about 3 months and 2 shipments later I finally had the right parts, but that's not the end...Serj in there customer service department called when I was out of town and left me a message to call him of which I did when I returned and he wasn't in so the woman that I talked to took my name and was to give him a message to call me back, which he never did, another month went by and I get a call from the company that I had the lift delivered to saying they got a bill for $3000 and some odd dollars for equipment that hadn't been returned. Of all the people I've talked to at this company they all try to act like it was my fault that I gotten the wrong lift and not a single one of them has asked me if my lift works. I ended up having to get bolts from a hardware store and coming up short on lots of little parts because of this and they never once offered me one thing for my troubles. All I can say is buyer beware I definitely would NOT recommend them!!"

"Sales information was very good from Marco but the delivery and installation was a complete nightmare. They sent wrong power unit and the installer, Chris Thielsen, wasn't very helpful through the whole process. He left the old unit with lots of hydraulic fluid on my custom tile floor. Marco didn't bother to get it picked up for four weeks and then they left the box and packaging in next to my garage soaking the cement with fluid. "

"I recently purchased a Ranger RFJ-3TP floor jack from Garage Equipment Supply. The price was equal to other online stores, but I had a question about the jack and received a courteous reply within 24 hours from Customer Service.

After placing the order, didn't receive notification about if the item had shipped, but using their online "chat" feature, was able to talk to a customer service rep who 1) checked into my order and 2) would look into why I wasn't updated.

After receiving the shipment, the item came damaged (paint nicks from items moving around inside the box) in shipping as a result of the manufacturer not packing their product properly for shipping. I passed along some feedback in an email and received 1) a human reply to my email and 2) a follow-up phone call from Customer Service.

In today's world of online sales, the hardest part with any order is the ability to talk to a human on the other end. Garage Equipment Supply goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service, including following up on emails and phone calls.

Very pleased with the experience.
