"I purchased a much needed safe online. The order was processed and on its way before I had a chance to look at my email to confirm the purchase. I was contacted by a friendly staff member who schedule a time and date for the delivery of my item. My item arrived as planned with a 30 minute heads up phone call. Overall Garage Organization has a large collection of almost anything that you would want to organize or secure for your home of residence. I would highly recommend them to all my friends just based upon the customer service and the products in which they provide.

Communication from the seller was always extremely fast and responsive. Delivery was all you would hope for. The company they use called in advance to schedule, called in advance to let us know they were heading our way, arrived when expected and were extremely professional and pleasant to work with when they arrived. I just can’t say enough good things. We have ordered large items from other companies that required similar arrangements and none have come close to going as well as this whole experience did. "It started out not good because of the delivery confusion between two states addresses, but Kimberly stood all the way to solve the problem.
Now I have beautiful cabinet assembled in my garage and it looks super and getting full use of it. Superior quality and good price to name a few of the benefits. I will definitely recommend this product over other competitions. One comment to add is if they color code parts so that it is easy to match parts for not so handy owners to assemble easier would be great.

"I ordered and received a mobile cooler. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to put together but after it was assembled, I noticed a small defect. I contacted Customer Service via email and Kimberly responded right away. She asked me to take photos and she would consult with the warehouse. She responded the next day after receiving the photos and explanation. She said a replacement part would be sent out and followed up with the Fed Ex tracking. It was a seamless, efficient, and amazingly quick process thanks to Kimberly. I was extremely impressed and will definitely purchase more products from Garage Organization. Hats off to Kimberly!"

"I ordered three large cabinets 7'h x 3'w x 2'd , one 7' footlocker and two wall cabinets. I have a two car garage and one side was filled with items to be placed in cabinets later. R+L Carriers delivered the items. The boxes for the three large cabinets were huge and I think the cabinets weigh 270 lbs. each. Only the truck driver was there at the delivery. I had to help him bring the cabinets into the garage. You can imagine how much room these boxes took up in the garage. Unboxing the cabinets was done in very tight quarters. I unboxed the cabinets and everything looked good from the outside. I had to get help to lift the three large cabinets upright. It took quite a long time to level all the cabinets together. Once I accomplished that I opened the doors to secure the cabinets to the wall. The third cabinet I secured was one of the large cabinets. When I opened the door, damage inside the cabinet was observed. This was not shipping damage. Two holes were drilled out on top of the cabinet, they were on top so I could not initially see them. Two of the shelving slots were damaged the back was misaligned and there were scratches inside the cabinet. This cabinet was clearly a returned cabinet, re-boxed and then sold to me as new.

I emailed Garage-Organization with the above information. Their response was no reason to get upset, we are professionals sometimes damage occurs during transport. I sent a second email with photos of the damage, stating that clearly this was not due to damage during transport. They responded with an email for me to send photos of the damage, which I just did.

For me, bottom line is. I paid $700 for a new cabinet. They tell me not to get upset. This is not a return of a small item that required very little labor to install. This took me a long time to install and it is 7' x 3' x 2' weighing 270 lbs. This company states they are professionals. Professionals do not re-box a returned damaged used item and sell it to another customer as new. I will make due with what was sent me. It was a lot of work, don't feel like going through that again. It is easy for someone at Garage-Organization sitting behind a computer to say don't get upset, they don't have to do the work like the customer has to. Still trying to figure out how a used cabinet came shipped in a new banded box?"

"I ordered a complete Newage Outdoor Kitchen from Garage Organization in Dec. of 2018. Easy to navigate their website. The slate gray with tempered glass fronts was my choice. Within a week, I received a shipment order number and they were delivered 4-5 days later to my door step.
They were individually crated and well boxed with foam padding but unfortunately two of the cabinets were pierced and scratched during the shipping process. I contacted G.O. immediately and sent photos of the damage.
They shipped out the two replacement cabinet and I received them in 4 business days.
