"Terrible place to order from. They don't stock anything. I ordered over $1500 of Gladiator Garage Works stuff on November 21 and about 2 weeks later sent an email to their customer service asking for an update I did not receive any response, so I then called and they said that the majority of my order was shipped and would be delivered December 9. On December 10th I called and they told me that only a few items were shipped on December 9, but that most of my items were not shipped. I am not sure why they lied and told me that my order was going to be delivered on the 9th or why they told me that things that were not shipped were shipped, but that is what happened. In this day and age of quick shipping, a company that takes a month to ship things should not be in business.

Moral of the story is don't buy anything from them expecting to get it quickly. I a day where Amazon stocks so many things, there is no reason to purchase from a company that stocks nothing."

"We ordered slatwall accessories from this site and when delivered, they didn't fit our slatwall. The website doesn't say their products may not fit all slatwalls. We spent $250 on products and tried to return them. The website's charge for our return was equal to what we were charged when you add the 35% restocking fee and delivery charges both ways. We would not reccommend using this site. Very unprofessional customer service.
