"If i stop one parent from buying this expensive, extremely low grade wooden tower play house il be happy.
I bought directly from the manufacturer for my daughter who was turning 5 yrs last month i only wish i hadn't the stress that it caused me it turned what should have been a happy occasion into a nightmare.
Before the delivery man lefted my address i was on the phone to the company, on first sight i notice the slide i was sent wasn't the slide in the photo displaying the tower playhouse id asked two sales staff to check that the slide in photo was the same slide i was getting this told me the tele sales employees don't have a clue what they are selling.
Then later that evening the 7ft safety rail told me that what id just bought was load of rubbish with at least 4 serious fractures splits each brake fracture would of coursed a visit to the doc or hospital had my daughter or a friend of hers touched it along with the sharp ugly samples sticking out.
After spending a further couple of hundred it later became clear the doors were too small even with the 12mm gap around doors they had a 3cm gap down the middle, every time i complained online the reply i received was instructions on how to fit doors and yes i did call customer services but in 1 phone call i was passed to at least 3 departments some of them twice i gave up on getting the right doors and had a piece of wood added to complete doors.
The manufactures state this is a fun place for your child or children/friends to mess about as its so much fun! fun! fun! only they don't tell you if you do hear the kids screaming/shouting you'd better get to them quick, its maximum weight is just 50kg my daughters father and chippy had to work on ladders as the platform is too
weak for an adult its now been strengthened and iv since found a lot more damage to the frame work of house which i wish i had been told about.
Iv never bought a shed or any wooden building, buying this tower playhouse online i was so impressed with the photo displaying tower playhouse with slide it was just what i had envisioned, and not the low grade defected wood pile that made the playhouse.
I did read Laura s review but as hers was in 2014 i took a gamble and its cost me nearly a thousand pounds with the added cost of buying more wood to strengthen platform along with sealants/wood fillers.

Up date well after about 15 emails i finally believe i was going to be sent missing/ badly fitted /wholes were knots had fallen out/ flooring that was already rotting/ sanding that took almost a week to make safe staples that had been lefted sticking out, i was sick of hearing how sorry they were in the end it just felt like a slap in the face which followed with sorry.
Iv never known anything like this before maybe iv been lucky once they have yr money your at their mercy yr get 14 days to erect tower house and report issues to them i had issues from day 1and on going ever since, so when i was sent email some 10 days ago telling me i had to respond with email saying All Parts and Quantity Correct in order to have all parts replaced i felt over joyed i was never going to get my money back so this was the next best thing, so when they replied to my email asking for yet more photos of tower playhouse but this time they wanted photos from a distance so they could investigate, i found this to be utterly ridiculous as the likelihood of seeing any of the above complaints would be near on impossible, and i actually believe its more a case of seeing if iv added any extra bits to the faulty tower house as this would take away any tiny remaining rights i have they wouldn't have to respond to my emails they d just tell me to go away.
Iv been past from pillar to post each time iv emailed il get a responce from a different product support person, and finally iv been told they are not going to replace any panels but instead iv been told to remove/prise off badly, miss cut pieces rotten flooring.
This would be an impossible task without causing even more damage.
I find this company an absolute disgrace ripping ordinary people off, a very expensive birthday gift id saved up for many months, the stress and worry has made me ill, a nightmare from day 1.

"bought a billy oh sentry box on behalf of my mum 3 weeks ago, they delivered 2 back panels rather than the side panel, which is a different size and accommodates the interior shelving, 5 deliveries later and one no show I am still waiting for the correct panel, they delivered the same incorrect back panel 5 times, one of the delivery drivers who has already been out twice realised the error on his second visit and called me to say it was wrong again and he would ensure I got the right one next time, haven't seen him since, customer service is an absolute joke, just keep apologising and sending the wrong panel out again, I don't know how much its cost me in phone calls, finally after a couple of weeks spoke to the customer service manager Glen who said he would send a picture to the warehouse of the panel I need, this delivery never turned up at all, still waiting, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYS FROM THIS COMPANY.
wrote an email 7 days ago to their resolution centre and they haven't even bothered to reply, I have spent so many days waiting in for deliveries that are either wrong or don't turn up at all, I paid £50 to someone to come and build the sentry box for as I am disabled and unable to do this myself, I have now lost that money as I have wasted this person time.
still no resolution oil sight. complete waste of my time and money not to mention the stress it has caused.

"I wish I had looked on here before purchasing. It seems to be an ongoing occurrence, I ordered a wooden playhouse tower for my little girl delivery in 2 weeks time. I received a phone call on the day after taking a day off work at 10am to say it wasn't coming, they had already taken the money from my bank.
Promised delivery the week later. a
Again received an email this time 7.30am on the day to say it wasn't coming. Tried to use the chat function on the website 3 times, no-one ever responded after waiting for an hour so I called the customer services team - Absolutely useless - clearly working off a written script, wouldn't answer anything directly said that I couldn't cancel the order and promised delivery for the 6th May!
Delivery man turned up on the 6th May (third day I took off work) with half the order! more importantly it was the safety rails that were missing making it completely unsafe for my little girl to use. The delivery man was really rude could not be bothered to be there at all, he even thought he was picking something up when he arrived, and said yeah happens all the time the company don't understand I actually have to see the customers face to face! great confidence in the company now! He said he had logged the missing part and I would hear from the company - I didn't hear anything. Numerous calls, emails and logs later I am still waiting for the missing parts the first 2 times apparently even though they had 'promised' the missing log was never actually made. I have no idea to when I will get them and one very very upset little girl that's heart breaks every-time its not here after school and half of it is sat out in the garden. I have been promised supervisor call backs - never heard from them! Get your money then don't care. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Spent an absolute fortune on the phone - I have been hung up on after waiting in a queue for 40 minutes 3 times! and 3 days off work! still no idea if ill ever get the missing parts, "
"Paid substantial amount for this product and the product arrived with damaged pieces. They were too quick to sell the product over the phone and when we tried to speak to someone about the damaged pieces the staff put the phone down on us every time we called them. The quality of the product is extremely poor and the customer service is non existent. The problem is not yet resolved and this has cost us a lot of money. I would not recommend this product or the company to anyone. Extremely unsatisfactory customer."

instead of a panel not as well as, sorry for any inconvenience or confusion, Kind regards. I am still waiting for someone in authority at this firm to contact me, with an apology and offer of some kind. I wanted 3 panels with windows in them, not 2 as supplied. I have to say that they did supply a fourth roll of roofing felt, only three delivered, and this was done very promptly. I just feel that this firm doesn't get very high marks for their customer services."
