"We have had the swing we bought from Lowes for many years and have spent a lot of time swinging on it but the canopy and arms were looking really bad. I found this website while looking on Amazon for replacements and found everything I wanted. The service was really fast and the dimensions were very descriptive and helpful. "I had been looking for a replacement canopy for our Harbour Gazebo when i came across Garden Winds. From the first time I spoke with them to when I actually received the canopy (which was Extremely fast considering we live in Canada and we were dealing with someone in California, 2 days to get it WOW) I have had nothing but the most friendly and understanding customer service reps I have ever dealt with.
The only problem I had was with the canopy itself. It was extremely tight, and I mean tight. So again I called Garden Winds and they explained why and how to resolve it. So again more great service. I do think that the tip she (Jocelyn) gave me should be included with instructions when you get the replacement, that's my ONLY beef.

"this is the 2nd buy from garden winds, the first time we ordered the garden oasis cover it was tight to get on . it was so tight that the wind tore it apart where all the pockets just came apart. i figured that maybe the dimensions were off just a tic and ordered another one this past spring hoping it would be better no is was worse then the first one. i had to use vise grips to install the canopy.. I WILL NOT ORDER ANOTHER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! "
"Delivered as promised. Bought my 3rd canopy cover. Seems a little lesser quality than previous covers. Needs a few more straps, especially in the corners. Overall satisfied but does seem to lift in wind more than previous covers. "
